STEPS TO PURCHASE A HOUSE MADE OF ANY MATERIAL

  1. You need to have a registered building plot. Don't let yourself be taken in, your plot must be classified as building land.
  2. Our company will send professionals where necessary, in order to assist our customers. Before the visit, you need to request and obtain in writing, from your council, the local zoning laws and the maps of location of your plot of land.
  3. Once our project designers have visited your plot and studied your demands, they will create a basic implementation project plan and get the certification from the Association of Architects and Surveyors in the corresponding province.
  4. After the project is presented, the local council issues the building licence.
  5. If necessary, after the presentation of the project and the issue of the licence, the customer can receive up to 100% mortgage financing.
  6. Signing of the contract with LAS CINCO JOTAS for the purchase of a timber house that will be delivered, at the very latest, six months later.
